the first sunflower of the year at our new home that was planted in September from one single seed. This sunflower would bring forth enough seed to continue to bring our family joy for many seasons to come.

She never imagined a sunflower would mark the start of a new life…

But that tiny seed, planted in cracked Florida soil, bloomed into something far bigger than a garden. It bloomed into healing. Into purpose. Into Hinote Haus.

For years, she carried stories that felt too heavy to share. Stories of mistakes, of miracles, of wandering and returning. Of addiction and grace. Of motherhood and mentorship. Of breakdowns that became breakthroughs. She knew what it was to fall apart—and what it meant to be held together by something bigger than herself.

She was raised on prayer, shaped by the Spirit, and strengthened through seasons that nearly crushed her. And yet, here she is—still standing, still growing, still believing that beauty rises from ashes and that there’s always purpose in the pain.

It took her years to find a place that felt like home—not just a house with walls and a roof, but a place where roots could grow. Where she could become the woman God always knew she’d be. This is her story… and yours might find its place here too.

Hinote Haus isn’t just a brand. It’s a banner over her life—and maybe yours too. It’s a place where faith meets everyday life. Where stories of recovery sit alongside tips for thrifting, planting, parenting, and pursuing purpose. Where it’s okay to be in process.

So whether you came here for encouragement, for inspiration, or maybe just a recipe or garden tip—you’re welcome here. Pull up a chair. Let your roots settle. This is sacred ground.

And this is only the beginning.
